Khmer Kitchen restaurant is in Psar Chaa area, north of the Old Market and serves Khmer cuisine and I also saw some Thai dishes on the menu. The restaurant has 2 floors, at street level there's a garden with tables and chairs and upstairs a cushion sitting area. Main dishes like pumpkin soup, stir fried chicken or tofu and veg curry are about 2-3$.
